Sunoutdoors Terms and Conditions

DEFINITIONS

Seller means Sunoutdoors an online store with company's web site www.sunoutdoors.co.uk. Customer means the person or company to whom this document is addressed. Supplier means Sunoutdoors & fulfilment partners.

1. GENERAL
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as Sunoutdoors,  to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.

2. PRICE
2.1 All prices are quoted in Pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified.

3. PAYMENT

Sunoutdoors reserves the rights to cancel any confirmed order if payment of goods has not cleared or is subject to review or reversal or any payment that is deemed to be a potential high risk transaction. Payments must be made in Pounds sterling only, unless otherwise specified, and by one of the following payment methods

·   Major credit and debit cards as listed: MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta.

·   PAYPAL

4. PASSING OF RISK
The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery, as defined in clause 5.3 below.

5. DELIVERY
5.1 DELIVERY DATES:
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders within 7 days. For any products we do not stock we will pass your delivery details onto our supplier. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier. We will keep you fully informed of all problems/delays. Sunoutdoors cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. If delivery is not within the agreed time we will, with their agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we offer the consumer a refund. Certain products will take up to 28 days to deliver due to their production, stock levels and shipping.

5.2 SHIPPING:
All products are sent from our main warehouse or suppliers. Unless otherwise specified, all products must be signed for The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of the order, and goods will be shipped under Customer's responsibility as defined in clause 3.

5.3 PASSING OF RISK:
When goods are delivered through our suppliers or main warehouse the Customer bears the risk, once the goods have been signed for.

5.4 ADDITIONAL DELIVERY COST:
The Highlands, Ireland and Channel Islands will incur an additional delivery charge as stated on the product. Sunoutdoors will contact you to arrange payment before goods are dispatched.

6. ACCEPTANCE
The Customer shall inspect the goods within 7 days time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 7 days after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected. (This does not however affect the customer's statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, Sunoutdoors shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date. The Customer has up to seven working days to cancel the order without giving a reason. With the seven working days starting the day the customer receives the goods.

7. RETURN PROCEDURE
7.1 If the goods are to be rejected in the time limit set in clause 6 above, the Customer shall comply with the return procedure as defined in clause 7.2, below. Sunoutdoors will not accept any returned goods should the return not follow the aforementioned return procedure.

7.2 The Customer must contact Sunoutdoors Customer Services Email at sales@sunoutdoors.co.uk and obtain a Returns Number. This number shall be clearly quoted on the returned package. Sunoutdoors will arrange for the package to be collected. A collection and administration fee may apply to returns where goods are neither damaged nor faulty.

7.3 In cases where the goods are rejected within a reasonable time, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to supplier before the refund or replacement can be issued. Refund is within 30 days of cancellation.

8. CANCELLATIONS
8.1 Cancellations are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the return procedure as defined in clause 7 (7.2 and 7.3) above will apply. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.

8.2 Cancellations can be made with Sunoutdoors customer services Email on sales@sunoutdoors.co.uk Customers will be provided with a Cancellation Reference number for them to keep for future reference.

9. LAW
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law.
