DELIVERY -  FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY on selected products costing over £49.99 

Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders for any products we do not stock we will pass your delivery details onto our supplier. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier and typically garden greenhouses and garden buildings take up to 30 working days from date of order due to the large size and some of our products are made to order.

We will keep you fully informed of all problems/delays. Sunoutdoors cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. If delivery is not within the agreed time we will, with their agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we offer the consumer a refund. Certain products will take up to 30 days to deliver due to their production, stock levels and shipping.

SHIPPING: All products are sent from our main warehouse or suppliers. Unless otherwise specified, all products must be signed for The Customer must request any other delivery method at the time of the order, and goods will be shipped under Customer's responsibility.

PASSING OF RISK: When goods are delivered through our suppliers or main warehouse the Customer bears the risk, once the goods have been signed for. 

CONDITIONS RE FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY:

Delivery only applies to UK Mainland and does not include some of our larger products i.e. Glass Greenhouses, Glass Accessories, Trampolines and Garden Buildings. Free Delivery does not apply to the Channel Isles, lreland and Scottish Highlands where upon checkout the appropriate delivery charge is calculated.

DELIVERY TO EUROPE, SHETLANDS AND OUTER HEBRIDES 

Please note as from 1 August 2008 due to rising fuel and transportation costs we are unable to continue our courier/despatch service to Europe, Shetlands and Outer Hebrides. We apologise for any inconvenience caused however we do not wish to compromise our quality of service and will continue to provide a cost effective despatch service to all our customers.
