The spacious and elegant, Helios Summer House features a contemporary design, making it a very attractive modern feature in the garden.

Construction is of the highest quality featuring tongue and groove, providing strength as well as good looks.

Ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing in, this summerhouse can be enjoyed whatever the weather, rain or shine! With its part-glazed front and side windows, plenty of light will flood in - creating a bright and airy interior.

The unique curved-roof styling of the Helios is created by the provision of 9mm plywood to form the roof, being laid and secured to the timber framing. Generous access is provided by the 1.20m (3'11) part-glazed double door, centrally positioned within the front and secured with a lock and key. All glazing is safety styrene.

The building is constructed from tongue and groove boarding upon a 27 x 45mm framing, with the floor being tongue and groove boarding also.

The four windows and two door panels provide lots of natural light and are child friendly glazed with styrene. The double doors feature a stylish key operated lock to allow you to safely lock away any possessions.

Supplied basecoat treated at works, with a recommendation that you re-treat with your own preservative during or immediately after construction. Supplied with roofing felt and fixings as required.

The stunning curved roof enhances the contemporary design of the Helios and furthermore provides an efficient dripping system that allows rainwater to sweep off the back of the summer house. The roof panel maintains lightweight but effective stability using a 9mm ply board.

A Free Factory Applied water based Basecoat is applied, and advise that once the building has been checked that an additional treatment is applied to maintain the life of the building. This basecoat can be painted on to supplement your requirements.
